The association Nepal Aid e.V. is recognized as a non-profit organization according to the assessment notice of the tax office Pforzheim tax number 49053/06470 of 04.07.2016. (Promotion of public health, in particular the fight against epidemics and epidemic diseases, including through hospitals within the meaning of §§ 67 and animal diseases (§§52 ABS: 2 sentence 1 no.3 AO). It fulfills the statutory requirements according to §§51, 59, 60 and 61 AO and is exempt from corporation and trade tax.

The association is authorized to issue donation receipts for membership fees and donations in accordance with the officially prescribed form (§ 50 para. 1 EStDV).
