The Nepal Aid Association is a nationwide organization in Germany that operates locally in Nepal. The association operates a jeep in the Tamang Heritage Region with its Nepali partner organization "Himalayan Cooperation Society (HiCoS)", which transports patients from remote mountain villages to so-called "Health Posts" or the nearest hospital. In addition, the association supports these health facilities with investments and the funding of emergency transports to the capital, Kathmandu.
How can I help the club?
As a regular member, you support the association with an annual membership fee (40 euros) and possibly with active support for association projects. For this, you have all the rights in the general meeting (see §4 para. 6). As a supporting member, you support the association annually with a contribution you set yourself. You are more of a passive member, meaning your rights in the general meeting are limited (see §4 para. 8).
How can I become a member?
Please contact us via the contact form. We will promptly email you the membership application, the bylaws, and the direct debit authorization. Please return the completed membership application and the signed direct debit authorization/SEPA mandate to us by mail. As soon as we have confirmed your membership, you will be a member with us.
